Ashwagandha (withania somnifera) is a shrub that grows in sandy and well drained soils. The root of this herb is one of the famous rejuvenating ingredients of Ayurveda. It is extremely useful against general weakness, fatigue, stress and sexual debility since it promotes rejuvenation and is also anti-inflammatory. It can be used against tuberculosis, liver ailments, rheurmatic disorders and skin problems due to its expectorant properties.

Ingredients

Each 10gm Contains: – Ashwagandha (Withania Somnifera), Honey, Sarkara (Saccharum officeinarum), Sariva

Benefits

  • Extremely useful against general weakness.
  • Fatigue, stress and sexual ability signs.
  • It promotes rejuvenation and is also anti-inflammatory.

How to use

  • 5 to 10gm taken with milk, 1 or 2 times a day. To be taken under medical supervision.
  • Adults up to 1 teaspoon, children up to ½ teaspoon twice daily, preferably 10 minutes after breakfast and dinner, followed by a cup of warm milk or green tea.
